I have an '03 expy eb with 5.4 4wd 205k. It currently needs a new ac compressor and seal changed in transfer case to keep transmission fluid from leaking into it.
My wife wants a newer one like a 13-14 EL. I know the 5.4 2v has less issues than the 3v. Should I fix the problems on the '03 or trade it in for the 13-14 EL? Is the 3v that big of an issue or are the problems worth it to get extra room and some extra creature comforts?
