I think that email comes standard with any Ford ordered.
After reading posts on this and other forums, I suspect you will get more frustrated with the lack of information from Ford and your dealer as time passes.

I ordered my Limited Stealth on 10/17, got the dreaded 45 day no news email, but relatively quickly after that, I got that I was scheduled for production week of 1/30/2023.....checked status today and saw that the status showed that it was "In Production". I already have the window sticker. Also saw that mine is going to be transported via rail. Maybe that means I will get it sooner.....
