Occasionally, when posting ... It doesn't process very fast. Get the bars upper right. Might not seem to go through. People tend to hit post or save again and it results in the double posts. You have to learn how to work around it.

    That's one possible interpretation.

I look at F150 forums. More of those trucks out there and more do-it-yourselfers who are mechanics.

You have to remember your Expedition is 16 years old . Most people dont keep a truck that long

Actually you’d be surprised, according to statistics the national average age of vehicles on the road today is (12 years) and growing as new sales have fallen off over the last decade. We can look at the Expedition, it once sold 130,000 units per year...for 2018 not even 1/2 of that were sold. As new vehicle prices rise outpacing inflation and wage gains middle class families no longer buy them. Also the addition of leasing and longer vehicle life has altered the way motorists behave too.

What are you saying, most Expys go to junkyard by 16 years? Somebody owns them until they go to that great parking spot in the sky (except for some that go to the hot place).

I don't know of any other Forums that are Expy centered (posts other than Jeff Kushners mentally ill rants).

The last decade was a bit of an anomaly after the great recession. More people started keeping vehicles longer and putting money into repairs. I'm gonna milk my 2003 for as long as I can. It's kind of a game now.
