I have a 2012 and the paint on the lift gate is bubbling and starting to crack and peel. Is there anything being done to correct this?.

This seems to be a common problem with this generation of expedition. My sister in law has a 14 and it's doing the same. Ford was aware of the issue for many, many years and did nothing to eliminate the problem.
