Parts Question (2004 Expedition)

My son has my 2004 Expedition out of state and needed work done. I had him take it to the dealer. They quoted me on the repair, and then a few days later said they had trouble getting parts. I was told they didn't make the parts any more, and they had to go to junk yard eventually to track down a wiring harness for the AC. They apparently had trouble getting the AC Blower motor as well. Is this accurate that these parts are no longer made? Also would it make sense to get a quote when they couldn't find parts? Thoughts?

Stupid parts tossing dealer. They are supposed to be able to make/repair connections as needed but most would rather sell parts than repair what is there. They may not list them in their parts database but that shouldn't stop them.

I see 2 brand new Ford OEM blower motor options on RockAuto that are currently in stock. The Motorcraft should come up in their database and is still made as far as I can tell.
