Just picked up my Agate black SPP today. Had a 3 hr trip home after. It’s wonderful. Excellent build. On my raptor truck and Braptor I have a bulletpoint and tacform, respective, mounting system and arms for my phone and radar detectors. Anybody have plans for, or know of, a dash style mount yet? The change pocket area behind the center screen will be a perfect place to mount a base on/in. Power for the radar detector will be an issue.

Congrats on the new truck!
Great place to mount things. We need a 3D printer wizard to come up with something that wont melt. Unless there is an air box in the way, I’ll look and see for a route to fish a pull wire to the fuse box and use one of the Lil Fuse connections.

I really like the USB port on the dash that my bronco has. Handy for the radar detector.

I just ordered this phone mount from Amazon and I've heard a lot of good things about it. It has the locking technology. I bought the ones that go into the A/C vents and those are the best. Especilly in Arizona in the summer. We need as many A/C vents as possible!

Reviews seems legit too. I'll let you know how it does.

Hope it works for you. I won’t do suction anything. It’s gotta be mechanical attachment.

Gonna give it a try and worst case I’ll send it back. Haven’t found a good one yet so hopefully this does it

Ok I ordered the tacform stuff above to mount a radar detector. I’m going to fish the power through the dash and use the obdII port for power. Of course I’ll post pics of the finished product. I don’t do window suction cup mounts for stuff. I have the ford performance tuner on my raptor truck and it’s kinda quick for being heavy and 37’s…..but this expy SPP is fast. Definitely need some radar gun protection!

There isnt a perfect option unless you pull the screen off and i could not get it. I snaked the cable down the left side of the screen and then tucked it between trim panels behind the steering wheel. If somebody posts a video or something detailing how to pull the screen without breaking clips......i will be looking. I cut out a part of the rubber insert so that the mounting base is right on top of the plastic dash. Some course screws hold it plenty tight. Ill get a better pic in the light today.
