Power Points not Powered

I have just bought 2006 Limited, everything is wonderful except the rear and front power points have no power. Checked fuses on passenger foot side...all good. Is there another fuse panel I am not aware of?

The newer ones have a black plastic fuse panel under the hood. Look for a box with a top that unclips.
