Hey all - my wife is complaining about a "chunky" sound/feeling when she moves her power seat forward and back usually b/c of changing between Driver Seat Presets. I looked under the seat and found this broken gear. Looking online, I believe it might be the other screenshot below? Any thoughts? Why do I think this is going to be a PIA to fix...
