Radiator fan running when starting cold engine issue

Every time I start the engine first thing in the morning radiator fan comes on and runs for like 2 minutes
Even with climate control in OFF position , it does the same thing .
Very annoying
Any idea , maybe a coolant temp sensor?
And also I noticed that AC compressor clutch is engaged while cranking, only after resting over night

I changed the climate control unit , no difference

climate control and AC works perfect , no issues,

Year make and model is always nice.

Sounds fairly normal, if it's a mechanical fan clutch.
