Radio volume knob issue

2004 EB Exp. I'm having issues with the radio's volume knob. At times it's as if it spins and the volume goes from 1 to 100 with no control. Thank goodness for the mute button. We've replaced the radio with an OE replacement that is having the same issue.

Sounds like you may have an ACM (Audio Control Module) issue.

I have the same problem with my 2004 EB. Is the ACM in the radio or a separate part?
