Rear AC Blower Not Blowing

In my 2016 Expedition EL Plat. I have power to the controls on front and rear, and Front AC works fine. No air is coming thru the rear vents. Where do I start to trouble shoot? Which fuses and Relays?
Any input is greatly appreciated.
