I don't know 100% if this is your relay, but from what I came up with it's relay #108. 2 ND row from bottom, 3rd one from right. You might try a relay next to it, or stop by Ford or wherever and just buy one. I couldn't tell if it was 40 or 50 amp, but when you pull it you'll know. You can also jump the terminals where relay plugs in. Compressor should run when you do. I think it's terminal #30 12 volt to #87. Is that correct guys? Been awhile since I did that.

I have a 3rd gen the compressor quit few days ago. Was told to replace the air suspension relay that looks like a heat sink module. Cant find the location of this part? I have check all fuses and relays all good and replaced to just confirm. Anyone know where this relay/module is located with the heat sink of it?
In the 1st gen models it looked like a heat sink and was located in the passanger wheel well. 3rd gen models its in the main fuse box under the hood. This picture from alldata is hard to read but it's top left corner closest to the connection from the battery

Mine is 3rd gen I did purchase a new relay for the one in the battery fuse box (main fuse relay) area. Parts store said I needed the heat sink module however nowhere shows it but will sell you a part for it. Still nothing I'm tempted to now buy a new compressor to install? What would you suggest?

Easiest bet is pull the plug at the compressor, if your getting power to it your test light or volt meter should show 12volts. Maybe one here can tell you which wire is 12 volts.

Unfortunately alldata doesn't provide much info on troubleshooting or schematics so I can be much help but I would start with a scanner that will read air suspension codes.

I use the bluedriver and if the system is showing a fault it won't engage the compressor unless the fault has been cleared. Also the compressor will not run if any doors are open. Its possible the relay fixed your issue but if you don't clear the fault the compressor won't start.

You could try disconnecting the battery for 30min and see if the compressor starts after.

You did exactly the opposite of what I and others said. You shotgunned parts at a problem, rather than do the diagnosis. See if you checked for power to compressor, my bet it's 0 volts at hot lead. Like Gixer said, it could be something within the computer. Try the battery reset as he said. If that doesn't do it, you might have to have a specialist finish the job. Sometimes your sanity is worth more than a few bucks. Electrical issues are tough. I've more than once conferred with others to fix a problem that was above my knowledge. Happens to all of us.
