Hi! I have a 2022 Expedition Max Limited. Wife backed into a tree and the red part of the glass on the rear tail light is broken. Light itself still works and currently covered in red tail light tape.

Do I need the full $1200 NL1Z-13404-C part for this so it matches the other side, or is this a way to replace just the plastic casing for cheaper? There are other way cheaper options (the B and A versions of the part listed) but I don't understand what they are/do to make them cheaper. Maybe not LED? Anyway I watched a video online and i think i can replace myself once i get the part but want to make sure I get the right thing since restocking fees are 25%

Thanks!
