The wiper fluid basically just oozes out all over the rear hatch and step pad. The wiper arm & blade works but hardly gets any of it onto the window

I believe it should spray down, maybe like a mist onto the rear windshield.

Is this problem common? The front wipers work fine btw.

Suggestions? Thank you

Clean out the rear nozzle ? Replace the whole third brake light assembly with an LED unit ?

Ive done both. I changed the brake light assembly about 3 years ago. That didnt change it for the better. Plenty of wiper fluid comes out, it seems too much. So i guess that means it is not a leak or clogged somewhere

This is a pic of what i was trying to describe last night. Plenty of pressure and fluid comes out but it doesnt spray at all. Just shoots out straight down to the license plate and bumper

How long have you owned the Expy ? Because that's a normal flow. It doesn't "spray" out like the front washer nozzles do.
