Rear wiper no working - 2021 Max Platinum

Hi. Need some help with my 2021 Max Platinum rear wiper. Wiper started working slowly than usual during this winter (Winnipeg, around -20F), until it stopped moving all together. The arm seems to move freely when attempting to move it a bit, but the motor does not seem to cooperate. No noise or humming from the motor either. I verified the fuse is OK and I think the next step is checking the motor itself. Is there a guide/video on how to get to the rear wiper motor?
