Really appreciate this detailed information as my 2008 EL XLT with View attachment 71497260k miles needs these bushings replaced. My local shop declined performing the job for fear that they would break something off or get involved in something extensive after a broken bolt or broken nut cage. Maybe he's smarter than me, but I'm going to try it myself!
Well ... Finally did the job. Broke one bolt and 3 nut cages. Drilled thru the floor just inside the front and back doors to gain access to the spun nuts. Any tips on how to get to the front most Mount's captured nut? Haven't really tried that one yet. Also most of the bottom washers with integral tubes were completely shot and fell apart. These are the ones that fit inside of the Dorman assemblies. Didn't plan on that. Will have to figure out the p/n's for those .

Me too. I had 3 of the nuts break on me as well -- #3 mount on both sides and the #4 mount on the driver side. One broke as I was attempting to remove it while the other two broke as I tried to install the new mounts. I haven't cut into the floors, yet, as that's beyond my pay grade. I replace the rest of the mounts and ensure the other 7 were properly secured.

Not sure how I'm going to fix the 3 broken mounts. Gonna need to find a reputable shop in the NE Houston area that can handle that job for me without gouging on the price.

I need to tackle this job to replace positions 3 and 4 on both side of my '08 EL. I am shocked at the poor quality of the oem bushings and further shocked that their isn't a real aftermarket option. I want to see if I am understanding things correctly before I order parts.

There are 5 busing locations on each side of the frame. From front to rear the Ford part numbers and positions match this image.

Dorman makes a replacement part for "position 1" that includes the upper/lower/bolt
The 2009-2014 Ford F150 uses the same part number for 1 upper and 1 lower/3 lower

I can't find any aftermarket parts for other than 1 upper and 1 lower/3 lower.

Is there a part number or spec for a replacement bolts for positions 2-5?
