My lowbeam on right side is not working. There is voltage is .1 with key in on position lights on. Voltage is 2.0-2.3 with car running lights on. I went through all fuses and relays. All other light work. With the exception of reverse lights but that's another issue. Anyways what are my next steps to get my headlight working? We'll I was going to add a picture but now there nothing coming from harness no readings positive or negative. What now?
