I would so greatly appreciate any thoughts or advice on this situation~
2016 Ford Expedition EL Platinum~ Rosen Dual Multimedia Headrest Entertainment system only works sporadically. If we start the truck with remote start and let it run the full ten minutes, and then start it for real as soon as the ten minute are up the system will work. If we don't let it run the entire time the system will shut off as soon as we put the truck in motion. If we start the truck without remote start it doesn't work but after we drive for a while the red light on the system will turn back on and allow us to turn the system on and use it again. It's so weird and is driving us crazy (not to mention it doesn't make our five kids too happy either!) It's like the darn thing has performance anxiety and needs a while to warm up. We are baffled.
Any suggestions?
