I've got a power balance issue on #4. Shakes at idle, weird noises intermittently, no trouble codes (besides the po442), runs great at highway speed, and the power balance shows that #4 clears up above 1000 RPM. I'd definitely like to know where the flywheel came into play!

Then start with another coil in #4 or swap two to see if it moves.
Then replace #4 plug.

Done and done. I replaced the coil and the plug. Then I swapped injectors with another cylinder. Still shows low on #4 at idle but clears up on acceleration.

If you have ruled out Spark and injector then the next thing is valve train valves, or compression. Have you done a compression test? Have you stuck something blunt down into the spark plug hole to try to block it off to see if it just goes blow blow blow blow when you crank it over? Is this a dead miss at idle or in gear at idle where if you pull the injector connector off nothing changes because the cylinder is not firing at all or at least not producing power at all? This could be the case because want you to go off of idle and accelerate you really don't feel a dead cylinder as much.
