Has anybody modified their runningboards both of my front curved caps on my 2000 XLT have rusted off of course I could buy new ones but that would be too easy ha ha ha ha !

You can always by new ones. But they are had to find. I took mine off for the time being. I want to get some sort or rock sliders/ step welded on
