After our latest 4,500 drive to Sturgis my wife complains that the seat cushions no longer are comfortable. Our 2020 Max Pd has less than 30,000 miles and while it has the massage seats we never use then.

Our last 2016 Ford F150 Pd seats cushions failed in the same manner after 100,000 miles and we had to have a new layer of foam added over the OEM foam and that solved the issue. (Dealer suggested our use of the massage seat function may have sped up the foam degradation ... so that is why we do not use the massage seat function on the 2020 Max.

I am large 300 lbs so part of the cushion issue is likely my size.

Anyone else have seat cushion issues?

Any comments outside weight watcher phone number is welcomed ... LOL

We drive often cross country so our issue is a real pain ...

I am a large person and the seats on my 2016 with heated and cooled seats are perfectly fine (70,000 miles). Drivers side plastic side seat panel has sheared the lugs three times, easy to replace, a bit annoying.

My 18 Plat Max has 60k miles, just purchased, and the drivers seat lower cushion seems to have lost a lot of support compared to the passenger seat. I purchased new foam cushion (heat/ac/massage) online and am going to swap it soon. Seems to be a fairly common complaint, I’m hoping it fixes it.

Maybe 270 for me. Although 6'4 I have found that the support of my lower back and butt area miss any type of comfort for where the cushions meet. I purchased a memory foam pad on Amazon to give me more comfort in that area. It is just large enough to meet that area of my lower back and butt. This gives good support and comfortable. The only drawback is repositioning it when getting in to the drivers seat. Other than that it has worked just fine.
