Every night I spray brake cleaner and transmission fluid into the rusted fitting. I have used a dental pick and the rust just keeps coming. I now have it so the plastic removal tool enters the fitting the proper distance but cannot get the line to release. I can now rotate the line within the fitting. So I will continue nightly until the 28th when the core support gets replaced. LOL

Well I finally got the core support installed. It came out wonderful. Condenser, radiator,power steering cooler and transmission cooler were all left in place. Slightly suspended in air to slip out old and slide in new.
Not many body repair guys left that can even pull that off. He charged 700 cash to install.

I'm going to go with the large zip tie method another poster just talked about last week.
