This is only the second update I think since we bought our 2024 last December. Haven't run the truck since last night but assume all is well with it.

Does anyone know how to reset the system when it won't install. I keep getting a postponed update for this PCM update and I've never had this problem with updates before. So far I've tried the entertainment reset (vol - and seek right) and I've disconnected the battery and waited. Still won't I stall. I've insured the parking break is on and the battery is charged full. The dealer wants to charge me 200 to run the update.

Check your battery charge to make sure it is fully charged. The battery needs to be above 75% charge. I've had issues, when I leave my vehicle stationary for a couple weeks and the battery gets a little low. I just put a charger on it or drive around.

Thanks for the tip. So I ended up being it to the dealer after a full charge didn't work. They tried the same thing(charging) and said that it was battery capacity. Since these cars chew threw batteries and mine was 2 years old, it didn't like the capacity. Swapped it for a new one (Costco/interstate) again and it finally took.
