2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with 3rd row power seats are delivered with a hang tag affixed to the passenger 3rd row seat head restraint. This hang tag provides information about resetting the seats if the 3rd row power seating does not fold/unfold due to an obstruction. Make sure that this hang tag stays affixed to the headrest when a vehicle is delivered to the customer.
