Squealing in my 2012 Ford expedition front end

I have a 2012 Ford expedition that squeals when I’m driving down the road in 2 Wheel Dr. but it stops when I put it into four automatic the front tires have uneven wear on both inside and outside edge on both sides of the truck please help
Since driving in for automatic because of the other issue now there’s a clunk between first and second gear
