Or your dealer did an update and all those settings could of changed. Every time my dealer updates mine, all my setting go to something else, I get annoyed to the point I hate taking it in. Could of swapped back on an update.

Thanks for all of your replies. I finally drove on a marked highway today and, sure enough, the steering pull I felt was the lane keeping system in action. Now that I know what it is it's pretty cool. Just FYI my previous vehicle was a Gen 1 1991 Explorer. If the 2020 Expedition is a "smart car" then my old Explorer must be a "dumb car", but I sure do love it.
