STUMPED: Vehicle Vibrates at the Pedal when Braking

On the wife's 2005 it turned out to be front rubber brake lines. went thru 2 sets of pads and rotors

Have you used a dial indicator or are you just eyeballing everything? Ya gotta narrow it down before spending money.

Vibrating while braking is almost always 100% warped rotors. Using heavy braking on long steep down grades can warp rotors. In your case you got some bad rotors. I have learned the hard way and always now get OEM rotors or the OEM Supplier.

When manufacturers are having trouble sourcing quality components under their label, can you imagine the quality issues with a lot of aftermarket parts?
