Suddenly runs rough. Code reader yellow light. EVA icon red

Hello, suddenly vehicle ran rough and noisy I was close to home so didn't drive far. Innova ODBII 3040e diagnostic reader has yellow light and the EVA icon is red. I am suspecting perhaps a bad coil.

Any input? Thank you!!

A code reader should tell you of any miss. A good one will tell you the cylinder that has the miss. Red and yellow lights don't mean much to me...
