I'm running 8psi from an Edelbrock E-Force twin screw, water intercooled, supercharger on my 2010 5.4L 3V with a Magnaflow exhaust. 440 RWHP.

Keep the pics and videos coming... Here is mine at idle. Yes, I am addressing the noisy tensioner. It will be replaced by a fixed tensioner and the rattle will go away. I will be using an S-197 piece, and all you will hear is the WHINE! Heh!
