Sync 1 Screen Frozen

I've tried fuse pulls / battery drain discharge methods. I can not get my head unit unfrozen. I've tried reinstalling Sync updates. And USB errors out no supported media. I'm Stumped... SYNC 1 with Voice Navigation.... hardware: dl -1t-18k931-ac software version: b5u82007

Your APIM is most likely toast.

I would take that notion to be accurate. Yet, all buttons and steering wheel controls. Are working normal within limits. Due to locked screen accessibility. I'm leaving the negative terminal cable off til morning. Hopefully, I'll get refresh hard reset. I dunno
