Sync 3 Audio Issue

I listen to Sirius when I drive. For the first year and a half of my ownership of this 2020 Max, when I restarted the car, the audio would just resume playing what I was listening to when I had shut it down. As one would expect.

But for the last 3-4 months, when I start the car the audio comes on but almost never what it was on when I last drove it. It’s either silent with Sirius on channel 0 or static on FM (I believe the lowest frequency it can tune to).

Any idea how to get working as it used to?

No. I replaced it a year ago.

I would check the state of charge again. It looks a battery issue to me.

I agree. But even when the battery it had in it when I bought it (Ford branded, so likely original) was dying, I didn't have this issue.

Drove it so much last weekend, the ASS came back on. Thank god there’s a button to cancel that. Radio still reverts to fm after shutting the car off, and when I select Sirius, it goes to channel 0.

First world problem, I know, but it ticks me off.
