I have a 2017 Ford Expedition.
For the past 2 weeks, my SYNC has not been visible other than pressing "Aux" and I see the logo - mind you, it looks different than the original sync logo but flips right back to my radio. I don't even have SYNC under my settings to reset. It is like the SYNC is completely gone, other than the aux situation previously mentioned. I'm guessing there is some update but can not find any way, in my situation, to update or reset.
Can someone help or will I have to go to the Ford Dealership?
