Sync updates

I'm trying to get the latest Sync updates for my 2012 Expy, and all Ford's update site does is sit there with a spinning circle. Is there anywhere I can download the latest version for my system, or does someone have the files they could share with me? Mine is the basic Sync without navigation.

UPDATE: I was finally able to download Sync 4.6 from the site to USB. Might be a weekend project for me to install it.

I ordered the update online. The site was ford.navigation.com I paid 149. Mine has the navigation though. It came with 4 disks, system update, map update, and gracenote. If there is any way it will work for you I will give them to you if you just pay for shipping. Because now I dont need them.

I like to help out with whatever I can. I had a 2007 explorer and was a member on those forums until I traded it in for a 2012 limited.

What map "update" is in the package. Map in quotes 'cuz the maps in my '17 are probably 2015. Unlike my Garmin receivers which get map (and software) updates several times a year just by plugging them into my PC.
