I just test drove a new 2025 Active with 202A package and I honestly think it's a downgrade when comparing to my 2019 XLT with 202A package. The Flex leather do not have perforate like my 2019 and no more ambient light. Rear double gates are plastic instead of aluminum and they look cheap. I'm not getting used to with the wheel yet and I found it's cumbersome to make a U turn with the new wheel. The drive is almost the same as my 2019 honestly. If I need to upgrade, I will probably get the Platinum model but it costs $10k more.

I believe ford took away led lights from xlt starting in 2020. The drive improvements are more felt in the upper trims. The ccd suspension is greatly improved from last gen, it's almost as smooth as if it had air suspension.

Do the very rear windows flare open like my 2012? I am seriously looking into getting a tremor, but haven't had a chance to test drive. I like to car camp, and the rear windows on my 2012 have been a godsend during the hotter months.

The venting rear quarter windows were discontinued starting in 2018.
