I had mine replaced and didn't realize there was a TSB on it ffs. Mind you I'm way past warranty so I bet the dealer would have made me pay anyway. But I have never had an issue with the nozzle sticking out in the open configuration...and it gets fricken cold here (like -40C which is also -40F).

Yeah, i didn't know there was a tsb either, the dealer didn't discuss it either.

Just noticed ours has fluid on the front bumper. Time to give Ford a call.
