Thumping sound?

2019 limited expedition. Hi all. Just purchased and loving it so far. Has anyone heard a thumping sound when deceleration from 15-25 mph. Usually around 3-5 gear. Just heard it today. Not sure if it’s a settings we touched trying out all the buttons lol. Thought I would ask here before calling the dealer and freaking out. Thanks.

Clunky trans at times. I’ve had the same problem under certain circumstances. Always the same curve as i decelerated and left off the gas. You can always bring it in to make sure the engine and transmission mounts are tight.

Thanks. Did it eventually go away. When I called they said in the beginning you may hear sounds as the car learns your driving habits but bring it in. I may be paranoid but overall the car sounds louder now. Ugh!
