Can someone take a picture of their Timberline puddle lights for me please? Im convinced ours are rotated wrong possibly in the manufacturing but the dealer says they are correct. Ours shoot perpendicular to the car and like 3’ away.

Thanks.

If I were here, you would know it !
Well, I don't have a timberline, but the puddle lights on my '011 EL Limited point almost straight down, so you can, you know, see any puddles next to your vehicle :D

Note that my assemblies are OEM-like LED replacements, but that didn't change the where or how they aim the light, only significantly increased the brightness....

"Puddle lights"??? Haha I'm a new owner and don't even know what these are. Maybe if you show pics or manual diagrams of where they are and how to light them up I will try them with my garaged vehicle which I have only driven a couple of times (and never at night) and know little about!

I do recall being amused/amazed by the Timberline logo thrown-down from the side view mirrors the first time I noticed it--is that what you're referring too.

Unless I've missed something here, AFAIK, yes, that is what we are talking about...

and fyi, my buddy that has a recent model timberline also found the logo shining down onto the his driveway pretty amusing too :D

Hmm I just went-out to my garage and pressed the Unlock button on my keyfob and the puddle lights didn't come-on. Does it have to be pitch black in the environ? They are certainly aimed back-and-out i.e. around 3ft just as the OP described.

Found at least the manual entry. Gotta try again I guess:

Maybe it's because my hood is up with a battery maintainer attached that these lights aren't coming-on for me?
