My 19 didn't come with the cover that covers the hitch in back. Anyone have a part number or the technical name for it to look up see if it's worth replacing

You will find many threads on the subject that have pricing and part numbers.
There is even a thread about modifiying the cover.

My 2019 cover has come off and been lost twice. I won't be replacing it again.

The OEM part on our 2022 Expedition was so stupid difficult to remove I once put everything I had into it then went flying rearwards ending up on my butt with a bloody toe as a result (flip flops). My wife later got rear ended and that was the only part damaged. I bought one from Parts Geek for like $35. I think the brand was Action Crash. This one comes off a little too easy, but fit is fine and haven't lost it yet, so I'd rather have that than the impossible to remove OEM part.
