I'm pretty disappointed in my expy as far as towing goes. It pulls ok but the 7 to 9 mpg pulling a light trailer is unexceptable. Same with the f150. PUT A REAL MOTOR IN THESE.. I wanted an excursion. but they are no longer made. The TV ad sure were misleading.

Takes power to push a truck and trailer thru the air. Takes the same amount of power regardless of the engine or fuel that furnishes it. Air resistance is the primary fuel user.

I’m getting 10-12 mpg towing 3500 lbs. in the mountains of the PacNW. Not bad.
