I want to wrap the chrome waistline trim, but cannot figure out if the front doors and rear end parts have screws on the ends like the second row doors and the back end of the front doors. Can anyone who has done this give me some advice how to get these parts off? Do I have to remove internal trim to access screws for these trim pieces?

I have removed this type of trim on a Dodge Ram truck (I know - not Ford).

Each had one screw at the end of the trim piece, on the inside of the door (at the door latch side of the door). No other screws were hidden.

I removed the screw, after lowering the window glass, then slid the trim piece rearward with the door open. The moulding slid over (unseen) metal tabs in the door exterior.

To install a new piece (or the old one), I first cleaned the door where the tabs were, then put a small amount of silicone grease on the tabs - to enable the trim piece to be slid back onto the door.

Thanks for that answer. I know this is different because after removing the screw at the back of the front door, there are pins attached to the trim piece that pull out of the door panel near the back of the trim piece. I cannot pull out the front end which makes me thing there is another screw there. And I know the back door and the the tailgate have one screw at each end. I neeed help with the front door and the piece at the side of the rear cargo area.
