Vacuum line help

Hi everyone I have recently purchased a used 2003 ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition 2 wheel drive with the 4.6 in it. My ideal is a little choppy as if there is a problem with a vacuum hose. I was missing with the hoses that go to my washer fluid tank and found a vacuum line that was just laying there not plugged in anywhere. When I crank my truck and place my finger over it its pulling air but I have no idea where it hooks to. Can someone please help with this. It runs underneath the plastic motor cover and then over by the battery. Thanks in advance

Can you post a picture of the line you're talking about. There are several over there by the battery.
