Purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum with 22" wheels in August 2025. Had vibration above 65MPH. Dealer tried rebalancing tires, but tires would not balance. All four Michelins replaced and road force balanced. Smoothness improved, but not eliminated. In January 2026 the service manager said he had information indicating axle assemblies being found that were not balanced. We road on highway at up to 80 MPH and experienced vibration. He said vibration was from front axles. Axles were replaced and vibration gone!!! Way to go Sheehy Ford of Richmond, Virginia!
