Weird oil pressure issue

I have a 2013 expedition el with 151,000 miles. I have had an issue twice now in a month where I'll go to start the car, after having already driven it somewhere and when I get back in it doesn't want to start and the low oil pressure light is on. Both times it happened I had to wait a couple minutes and then ot would turn over. I replaced the oil pressure sensor, it has oil in it, and the engine doesn't act funny when driving before or after getting it started. Any ideas? Because I'm lost at this point.

And now it's running rough, almost sounds like a cammed engine when idling, and there's lag on acceleration

Just popped a p0456 this morning but no check engine light

EVAP leak somewhere.
Make sure all your hoses are connected and in good condition.
The easiest way to spot the leak is to use a smoke machine to find it.

Purge valve is leaking, very small leak though. Will be replacing tomorrow, thank you for the info.
