What is this part?

Hi All,

I had my rear valve gasket replaced at the Ford dealer back in September and they did the oil change with regular oil. I decided to change back to Penzoil Ultra oil yesterday. When I replaced the oil filter, I found this part laying in the engine compartment under the oil filter.

I google it but couldn't find an exact answer, looks like it's the turbo inlet hose bracket. Part number is HL34-9647-BB. Do you guys know where this part is installed? Any diagram if I want to install it back myself? I hate to waste couple days at the Ford dealer for a simple fix.

According to this diagram, it's the bracket that forms part of the intake system. The part number is the same but it doesn't look like what you photographed.

I'd be taking it back in, who knows what else they forgot to do.
