I bought one piece lug nuts from Driven Products, if I remember correctly they are a family business. Noticed they are on sale now.

After fighting to get my swollen nuts off last week, I came here to find this thread and placed an order for the Driven Products lug nuts. I received them quickly, but I'm a bit concerned about the installation. The old factory nuts are 1-3/4" deep, the new DP nuts are 1.5" deep. I reached out to DP for verification that I have the right parts and they confirmed the installation.

@Alwaysthinkin - you've had no issues with fit? Which wheels do you have on your ride? 302A, I'm presuming 22's?

Here's a comparison of the old vs. new nuts, the black lines are the difference in depth between the two (using my super scientific measuring device).

Thoughts?

Well, I measured the stud length and it was more than 1/4" shorter (how much shorter the ID of the new lug nuts) so I proceeded with the install. ~20 miles in and all is well so far. Heading on a road trip across I80 to Philly this weekend and taking my torque wrench with me!

@Overtow , I tried to access the Driven Products website but it is currently undergoing some changes. The visit did remind me though that they don't provide a place to "register" as opposed to being a "guest" so I'm unable to sign in and verify the product I received. However, the lug nuts I ordered were listed for a 2020 Ford Expedition (and yes, I have the 22" wheels) and they have worked perfectly for me!

Not sure of the inferiority you're seeing with the factory lug nuts but here's the ford part for your rig:

Not 100% sure about the newest Expeditions, but the ones on the third gen are 2-piece that are prone to swelling. All but a couple of mine swelled up and were a PITA to get off. I replaced them with 1-piece Gorilla nuts.
