Wiring Diagram for 2014 Expy ECU?

Anyone know how I can get my hands on the wiring diagram for the ECU in my 2014 Expedition?
It's with a great ECU testing company here in the UK but as the car is so unusual here they don't have access to info on the ECU, so wondering any anyone here knows?
I've attached some photos of the part number and serial number details,

Best bet is to probably buy one of those Service Manual CD's that are out there on eBay.

Thank you - do you think they would include a "wiring diagram for the ECU?". I've messaged them to ask but tbh I'm not even sure that means. The ECU looks like it's a bunch of programmed chips, more than wires, and the external wiring to it is unlikely to be the problem.

No, they don't include the internals of the ECU. If you're having verifiable failure of the ECU your best bet is to just replace it.
