wiring for Rear Seat Entertainment 2018

I have a 2018 Max, just bought it used, factory Rear Seat Entertainment, in the headrests. The driver side screen works fine, the passenger side does not power on, even the power button does not glow. I am assuming the something came unplugged, or maybe a fuse (not sure if both screens have their own fuses or not).

does anyone know how to get at these wires? if its not something crazy difficult to access i would just assume take a look myself maybe reconnect something before i drop it off at the dealer and am without it for a day for them to figure out.
