Do you have any e85 fuel in your area? 50/50 e85 + 91 = an octane rating of 95.5.
And regardless of what you hear about the Gen.2 3.5 EB in a Gen.4 Expedition, you do need the JLT catch can. You will be surprised how quickly it will accumulate oil when in the boost.
Nothing in the world is wrong with 5 Star, as you will see in more member signatures than any other, and they have been strong supporters of the site.
Further, you will need the larger turbo adapters, and a high flow muffler at a minimum.
Also, trace how air enters the air filter inlet - plenty of room for improvement.
And the under hood seal removal trick helps lowering IAT considerably, you simply have to clean the air filter more frequently.
