09 lighting module location

Hello
I have 2009 Expedition el xlt with 330 3v engine and can`t find lighting module. It should be in center console under gear stick but not found in there. Please help

Front right turn signal don´t work and problem is broken lighting module. I like to change it but can`t find it anywhere. Sorry my bad language but you get a point

Ok, but really there's just the circuit board in the fusebox and the steering column stalk switch assembly that control it. Do you have a multmeter that you can check for voltage at the bulb socket ?
