yup, 870LBS. the 5.4 only weighs 60 lbs more than the 4.6 so there are two different rate springs for the front but if you were going to install an engine (and trans) weighing roughly double the OEM weight tht only way to do it is to build some shock hoops and add a set of coilovers with dual rate springs to keep the porky bastid from porpoising down the freeway.

once my shop is finished i'll be looking into this. in the meantime anyone with good info, constructive criticism or a good **** story feel free to chime in.
